From receiving your diet plan, asking questions, receiving support, logging your food and mood diary; even completing a body composition assessment, everything can be done online, from the comfort of your own home, at times to fit in with everyday life.
I struggle with my diet as I’m always on the run. Is this method suitable for me?
Yes, online nutrition coaching is ideal for people with busy schedules, as it offers the greatest flexibility in communication and programme structure.
Does the diet plan require the preparation of complex meals or the weighing of foods?
No. All of the diet plans are easy to follow and they based on the tried and tested Mediterranean diet (recognised as one of the world’s healthiest diets).
The plans are less about restriction or complex rules and more about changing your attitude to eating so that you can enjoy delicious, nourishing food, without feeling deprived. Recipes are included, giving you inspiration for delicious and simple dishes to suit your own taste preferences and lifestyle.
I want to lose weight. Do you offer online diet plans?
Yes, I specialise in helping people lose weight and end the frustration of food guilt and yo-yo dieting for good. My Healthy Eating for Life nutrition coaching plan is the perfect way to introduce new habits and achieve your own weight-loss goals.
I have a specific medical condition. Is there a plan for me?
My Take Control standalone consultation offers a one-off consultation to help people with specific medical conditions.
I am pregnant and I know I should be eating healthily, but I don’t know where to start. Can you help me?

Healthy Mum is the right plan for you. Together we will work on ensuring that you and your baby are getting all the nutrients and get you in shape.
I’m worried my child’s is above a healthy weight. Can you help?
Yes. I have been working with parents in the same position for over 10 years. I’m also a mother of two, so I know how natural it is to worry about your child’s health and how difficult it can be to provide support without the right guidance. I was overweight as a child too, so I understand perfectly how these children feel and realise how important it is to approach them in a gentle and fun way.

With The Right Start children’s healthy eating plan, I’ll help you introduce your child to healthy eating with an action plan that helps them achieve optimal growth – gently, with no strict regimes or unfamiliar foods.
How much do your plans cost?

How long do the plans last?
This varies depending on which plan you choose. You may simply need a one-off consultation to kick-start new eating habits, or you may prefer ongoing nutrition coaching over several months.
I offer a totally flexible approach so you can always request additional consultations if needed and with my Diet Coaching monthly plan, you can stay with me for as long (or as little) as you need.
How can I pay?
Payments are made by debit/credit card or by bank transfer.
How fast can I have my diet plan?
After the initial consultation and assessment, I will usually be able to send you the diet plan within three working days.
